This product is independently developed and manufactured by Zhejiang Zhigao Machinery Co., Ltd. It is a rock drilling machine that integrates air collection, liquid control, and automatic operation through hydraulic rock drilling. It is equipped with a driver's cabin and an automatic钎 replacement mechanism， a walking mechanism with leveling function and specially designed toothed tracks, enabling the machine to have excellent off-road capabilities. It is equipped with a dual-stage dust removal function to meet the environmental protection requirements of all mines. The product is widely used in various construction projects and mining operations. Due to its efficient， energy-saving， environmentally friendly， and safe characteristics， it is widely chosen by modern green mines.

Efficient:
The drilling rig can drill multiple rock holes with a single positioning. The flexible drilling arm and off-road capabilities enable it to meet the rock drilling requirements of various natural terrains. Under conditions where the hole diameter is less than 115mm, the hole depth is within 15m, and the rock structure is normal, the drilling speed is 50% higher than that of the high-pressure integrated submersible drilling rig.
Energy Saving:
It is equipped with a self-designed ZY104 hydraulic rock drill (with a drilling pressure of 23 MPa and a power of 20 KW). The precise arm positioning, automatic loading and unloading function, as well as the advantages of rock drilling speed and quick relocation, make the unit energy consumption of the drilling machine unparalleledly competitive.
Environmental Protection:
The standard dual-stage dry dust collection device and the optional wet dust collection device not only meet the environmental protection requirements of the mine and the operators, but also significantly reduce the pollution of dust to the equipment itself.
Safety:
The track leveling device ensures a more stable center of gravity for the drilling rig when moving up or down slopes. The original terrain's track adhesion is enhanced. The powerful operation capability reduces the number of equipment and personnel required in the mine. The protection design for the chisel chamber and the driver's cab eliminates potential safety hazards for personnel.
