1. The machine can be directly used for engineering tunnel construction in coal mines, and it can move forward along with the extension of the tunnel. Therefore, it can maintain a higher air pressure, which increases the mechanical efficiency of pneumatic tools by 30% to twice compared to ground supply air. The power consumption decreases by 30%, and a large amount of pipelines can be saved.
2. The low-speed fuel injection rotary compressor head features an optimized design, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, long lifespan, and high efficiency. The air volume control system is stable and reliable, automatically adapting to loads ranging from 0% to 100%. It can adjust power consumption automatically based on the amount of air used over time.
3. It is equipped with protection functions against explosion, overload, short circuit, phase loss, leakage, etc. It also has alarm and stop mechanisms for over-temperature, air filter blockage, oil filter blockage, oil core blockage, as well as triple protection of pressure relief valve, regulating pressure valve and safety valve to prevent overpressure operation. The use is safe and reliable.
4. We have independently designed a high-performance oil-gas separator. The vertical oil-gas cylinder structure enhances the effects of gravity and centrifugal separation, enabling the exhaust oil content to be less than 3 ppm.
5. Dual-process plate-fin air-cooled cooler. The oil cooling capacity is twice that of a conventional cooler, providing a more powerful cooling effect.
