Daily maintenance:
1. Inspect the main structural conditions, structural connection bolts, structural connection pins, welding seams of each structural component, hanging basket structure, and safety protection of the drilling rig. Especially before entering the site for use, qualified units should be invited to test its safety performance, and only after passing the inspection can it be used;
2. Regularly inspect the condition of various power heads, working oil cylinders, drill bits and drill pipes;
3. Regularly inspect the anti wire rope detachment device of the winch drum, the height of the edges on both sides, the condition of the drum wall, and the number of turns of the wire rope tail on the drum, especially the condition of the brake port, which should be a key item to be checked at any time.
According to drilling methods, it is divided into: (1) impact drilling machines, such as wire rope impact drilling machines (static drilling machines), vibration drilling machines, etc; (2) Rotary drilling rigs, such as those used in rotary drilling methods; (3) Underground power drilling tools, such as rotary drilling tools, turbo drilling tools, screw drilling tools, electric drilling tools, etc.
Classified by drilling depth: (1) Ultra deep well drilling rig. Use a drilling rig with a diameter of 114 millimeters, a nominal drilling depth range of over 7000 meters, and a maximum hook load of over 4500 kN; (2) Deep well drilling rig. A drilling rig with a diameter of 114 millimeters, a nominal drilling depth of 4000 to 7000 meters, and a maximum hook load of 2250 to 4500 kilonewtons or more; (3) Medium deep well drilling rig. Use a drill bit with a diameter of 114mm, a nominal drilling depth of 1500-4000 meters, and a maximum hook load of 900-2250kN.
According to the power supply: (1) diesel engine driven drilling rig, equipped with mechanical or hydraulic transmission drilling rig diesel engine, (2) AC driven drilling rig, suitable for industrial power grid oil fields, (3) DC electric drilling rig, working unit driven by DC motor. According to the driving method, it is divided into: (1) separate driving. Each working machine is driven by a generator of different sizes, which is mostly used for electric drive. Its transmission is simple and easy to install, but its power utilization rate is low and the total mass of the equipment is large; (2) Unified drive. The winch, drilling pump, and rotary table are driven by the same power unit. Most drilling rigs adopt this approach. Unified drive can also include only one drilling pump, with another drilling pump driven separately. The unified drive drilling rig has a high power utilization rate, and can be adjusted to each other when the engine malfunctions. However, the transmission is complex, installation and adjustment are difficult, and the transmission efficiency is low; (3) Group driven. The combination of power is between individual drive and unified drive, and there are two options for the three working machines. This type of drilling rig has a higher power utilization rate than a single drive, a simple transmission ratio for unified drive, and can also install two sets of working machines on different heights and scattered sites.
Working principle of the drilling rig: The lifting ring and the lifting ring seat are connected by a pin shaft, the lifting ring seat and the hook rod are welded together, and the cylinder and hook body are connected with left-hand threads, and stop blocks are used to prevent thread loosening. The hook body and barrel can move up and down along the hook rod. The function of the internal and external load springs is to make the stand loose and spring upwards when drilling. The cylinder is filled with engine oil. The race of the thrust bearing divides the oil chamber into two parts, and there are oil holes on the race. Due to the damping effect of the oil flow, it absorbs the impact and vibration of the hook body during the drilling operation, which can prevent damage to the threads of the drill pipe joint. The upper end of the cylinder is composed of 6 small springs and a positioning plate to form a positioning device. With the help of the friction force between the positioning and the circular contact surface of the lifting ring seat, it can prevent the lifting ring from rotating and causing the lifting ring to rotate when lifting the empty elevator.
