DTH drill truck is a semi hydraulic press truck, that is, except for the impact using compressed air, other functions are achieved through the hydraulic system, so the quality of hydraulic oil is crucial to the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
1、 Regularly check hydraulic oil
DTH drill truck is a semi hydraulic press truck, that is, except for the impact using compressed air, other functions are achieved through the hydraulic system, so the quality of hydraulic oil is crucial to the normal operation of the hydraulic system< Br/>
1. Open the hydraulic oil tank and check if the color of the hydraulic oil is clear and transparent. If it has been emulsified or deteriorated, it must be replaced immediately. If the drilling rig is used frequently, the hydraulic oil should generally be replaced every six months. It is prohibited to mix two types of hydraulic oils< Br/>
2. The hydraulic oil used for the drilling rig is anti wear hydraulic oil, which contains antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and anti foaming agents, which can effectively prevent early wear of hydraulic components such as oil pumps and hydraulic motors. Commonly used anti wear hydraulic oils include YB-N32, YB-N46, YB-N68, etc. The larger the tail injection number, the higher the kinematic viscosity of the hydraulic oil. According to the different environmental temperatures, YB-N46 or YB-N68 hydraulic oil with higher viscosity is generally used in summer, while YB-N32 and YB-N46 hydraulic oil with lower viscosity are used in winter. Considering that there are still some anti-wear hydraulic oils labeled with old brand names, such as YB-N68 labeled as 40 # thickened hydraulic oil, and YB-N46 and YB-N32 labeled as 30 # and 20 # respectively, users must recognize the model when purchasing< Br/>
2、 Regularly clean the oil tank and filter
Impurities in hydraulic oil not only cause hydraulic valve failure, but also exacerbate the wear of hydraulic components such as oil pumps and hydraulic motors. Therefore, we have installed suction and return oil filters in the structure to ensure the cleanliness of the circulating oil in the system as much as possible. However, due to the wear and tear of hydraulic components during operation, impurities may be inadvertently introduced when adding hydraulic oil. Therefore, regularly cleaning the oil tank and filter is the key to ensuring oil cleanliness, preventing hydraulic system failure, and extending the service life of hydraulic components< Br/>
1. The improved oil suction filter is installed below the oil tank and is connected to the oil pump suction port. Due to its self-locking function, the filter can automatically close the oil port without leakage after removing the filter element. When cleaning, simply unscrew the filter element and rinse it with clean diesel oil. The oil suction filter should be cleaned once a month, and if the filter element is found to be damaged, it should be replaced immediately< Br/>
2. The return oil filter is installed above the oil tank and is connected to the return oil pipe. When cleaning, simply unscrew the filter element and rinse it with clean diesel fuel. The return oil filter should be cleaned once a month, and if the filter element is found to be damaged, it should be replaced immediately< Br/>
3. The fuel tank is the intersection of oil suction and return, and it is also the place where impurities are most likely to accumulate and concentrate, so it should be cleaned regularly. Open the oil plug every month to drain some of the oil and flush out impurities at the bottom. Thoroughly clean it every six months and drain all the oil (preferably no longer used or filtered multiple times)
