Based on the current situation of tunnel construction in China, the main excavation equipment is a three arm or two arm rock drilling and excavation jumbo. Therefore, professional large-scale tunnel anchor rod trolley is a great demand, and currently worldwide, The MT11A anchor rod trolley jointly developed and produced by the Special Equipment Center of China Railway Tunnel Bureau and Zhejiang Zhigao Machinery Co., Ltd. has filled this gap. As an integrated professional anchor rod construction trolley, MT11A can achieve integrated construction of drilling, grouting, and anchoring. The construction process is simple, and personnel occupation is small, which can greatly improve work efficiency and construction safety, and shorten the construction period.
In 2017, China Railway Tunnel Bureau Group and Zhejiang Zhigao Machinery Co., Ltd. jointly developed the first domestically produced drilling and injection integrated tunnel anchor rod trolley and successfully used it in the Zhengwan Railway Project, with results recognized by all parties. The MT11A new tunnel type anchor rod trolley is an upgraded version of the tunnel anchor rod trolley that has been developed through close cooperation between the two parties, based on the summary and optimization of the first anchor rod trolley. After 9 months of continuous efforts and research, it is suitable for construction in complex terrain conditions. It is a historic leap for domestic tunnel anchor rod trolley to enter the market.
