Lubricating oil has a lubricating effect, cooling and sealing.
1) Pay attention to the oil level of the lubricating oil. Oil shortage will cause high temperature and carbon deposition of the unit, and will also cause accelerated wear of moving parts and damage the service life of the unit.
2) To prevent condensation in the lubricating oil, the operating oil temperature is about 90 °C, and the oil temperature is resolutely prevented from being lower than 65 °C in operation.
Lubricating oil composition: base oil + additives.
Additives have the following effects: anti-foam, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-coagulation, wear resistance, descaling (rust), more stable viscosity (especially high temperature), etc. The lubricating oil can be used for up to one year, and the lubricating oil will deteriorate after too long.
Screw air compressor component function:
The main task of the air filter is to prevent impurities such as dust in the air from entering the air compressor system. Filtration accuracy: 98% of 0.001mm particles are filtered out, 99.5% of 0.002mm particles are filtered out, and 99.9% of particles above 0.003mm are filtered.
Oil filter function: removes all abrasive impurities and dust from the lubricating oil, but does not separate the special additives added to it.

The pressure difference of lubricating oil entering the oil filter is too large (cold start or filter blockage), there is a lack of oil in the oil circuit, the lubricating oil temperature will rise, which will damage the rotor.
Working principle of oil and gas separator:
The function of the oil-air separator is mainly to separate the compressor lubricating oil from the oil-gas mixture and continue to remove the lubricating oil particles in the compressed air. The oil-gas mixture entering the oil and gas barrel (consisting of an oil-gas separator, a minimum pressure valve, a safety valve and a container housing) undergoes three types of separation: centrifugal separation, gravity separation (oil specific gas weight) and fiber separation.
Separation process: the oil and gas mixture enters the oil and gas barrel in the tangent direction of the outer wall of the oil and gas separator, 80% ~ 90% of the oil is separated from the oil and gas mixture (centrifugal separation), the remaining (10% ~ 20%) of the oil sticks to the surface of the outer wall of the oil and gas separator (gravity separation), a small amount of oil enters the inside of the oil and gas separator (fiber separation), and is pressed back into the screw main engine cavity through the oil return pipe.

The gasket of the oil and gas separator is electrically conductive, because the air and oil pass through the glass fiber, so static electricity will be generated between the two separation layers, if the two metal layers are electrostatic, there will be a dangerous situation of electrostatic discharge accompanied by electric sparks, which may cause the oil and gas separator to explode. Good oil and gas separator accessories ensure the conductivity between the separator core and the oil and gas barrel housing. The metal components of the air compressor have good conductivity, which can ensure that all static electricity can be exported in time and eliminate the generation of electric sparks.
If the filter element of the separator exceeds the maximum value, the oil and gas separator may be ruptured, the oil and gas separator can not be separated, which will affect the air compressor or cause the separator core to be completely damaged, and the excessive pressure drop of the oil and gas separator may also cause the separator to catch fire. The causes of excessive high pressure difference may be the following 4 points: clogging the oil separator due to dirt, counterflow of air, large fluctuations in internal pressure, counterfeit oil and gas separator core.
The metal of the oil and gas separator is normally plated and usually not corroded, depending on the surrounding environment (temperature and humidity) and the working conditions of the compressor, condensation may form inside the oil and gas separator. If the oil-gas separator is not plated, a corrosion layer will be formed, which will have a destructive effect on the antioxidants of the compressor oil, which will significantly reduce its service life and the flash point of the oil.
Measures to ensure the service life of the oil and gas separator, accumulated dust, residual oil, air pollutants or wear can reduce the service life of the oil and gas separator.
(1) The air filter and oil filter can be replaced in time and the oil change time can be observed to limit the dust entering the compressor oil.
(2) Use the correct anti-aging and water-free lubricating oil.
Several precautions for screw air compressor:
Screw air compressor rotor must not be reversed, rotor is the core component of screw air compressor, the surface of the yin and yang screw does not touch, the yang and yin screw have a gap of 0.02~0.04mm, and the oil film plays a protective and sealing role. If the rotor is reversed, the pressure cannot be established in the pump head, the screw in the pump head has no lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil cannot be circulated, heat is accumulated in the pump head instantly, high temperature is generated, the screw and shell in the pump head are deformed, the yin and yang screws are occluded and locked, and the rotor end face and the end cover are stuck together due to high temperature, resulting in serious wear of the rotor end face, and even defective components, resulting in damage to the gearbox and rotor and scrapped.
Check the direction of rotation: due to sometimes the factory inlet phase sequence will change, or screw air compressor inlet power supply change and other reasons, will cause screw air compressor motor phase sequence change, most of the air compressor has phase sequence protection, but for safety, the air compressor should be tested before operation:
(1) Press and hold the cooling fan contactor with your hand to see if the wind direction of the fan is correct.
(2) If the power line of the fan has moved, artificially jog the main motor instantaneously to see whether the motor coupling rotates in the correct direction.
The rotor of the screw air compressor cannot be carbon deposited:
(1) The cause of carbon deposits< br/>
(1) Use inferior lubricating oil that is not genuine from the original manufacturer.
(2) Use a fake or damaged air filter.
(3) Long-term high temperature operation.
(4) The amount of lubricating oil is small.
(5) When replacing the lubricating oil, the old lubricating oil is not drained clean or the new and old lubricating oil are mixed.
(6) Different types of lubricating oil are mixed.
(2) Check the rotor carbon deposition method< br/>
(1) Remove the intake valve and observe whether there is carbon deposition on the inner wall of the pump head.
(2) Observe and analyze whether the lubricating oil contains carbon deposits from the surface of the oil filter and the inner wall of the lubricating oil pipeline.
(3) Requirements when checking the pump head: the screw air compressor pump head shell is not allowed to be disassembled by non-professionals, and if there is carbon deposit in the pump head, only the manufacturer's professional and technical personnel can repair it. The gap between the yin and yang screws in the pump head of the screw air compressor is very small, and you must pay attention to the fact that no impurities can enter the pump head during maintenance.
Add motor bearing grease regularly, add it with a special oil gun, the specific steps:
(1) Opposite the refueling nozzle, open the venting hole.
(2) The oil nozzle of the oil gun should be aligned with the motor.
(3) Lubricating grease is divided into high-speed motor grease and low-speed motor grease, the two cannot be mixed, otherwise the two will have a chemical reaction.
(4) The amount of oil per oil gun is 0.9g, and 20g is added each time, which needs to be pressed many times.
(5) If the grease is added less, the grease is on the oil pipeline and does not play a lubricating role; If too much is added, the bearing heats up and the grease becomes liquid, which affects the lubrication quality of the bearing.
(6) The air compressor is added every 2000h of operation.
The main motor coupling is replaced, and the coupling must be replaced in the following situations:
