Since compressed air often contains moisture, and the pipes are not clean, some moisture and impurities usually remain at the bottom of the injector after a period of use, which will affect the lubrication and service life of the impactor. Therefore, when the injector does not produce oil or there is moisture and impurities in the injector, it should be removed in time. When adding lubricating oil, the main inlet valve must be closed first, and then the shock valve must be opened to remove residual gas from the pipe to avoid injury. Do not operate without lubricating oil!

However, the air filter can only temporarily prevent dust and the like from entering the body, and it must be cleaned after working for a period of time, otherwise the dust will accumulate more, which will not only block the air intake channel, but also cause damage to the air filter, seriously affecting the performance and service life of the diesel engine.
The first dry air filter must be cleaned every shift! First, carefully remove the filter element, shake gently to remove most of the dust, and then blow it from the inside out with compressed air, taking care to control the air pressure to prevent the filter element from being blown out. Do not clean paper filters with water, diesel or gasoline! Otherwise, after the hole of the filter element is blocked, the intake resistance will increase, and even the filter element will be damaged. After cleaning, carefully inspect the filter element for damage, and if it does, replace it immediately. When installing the filter element, the connection must be sealed and secure!
The secondary oil-immersed air filter should be cleaned every three days! Under the premise of cleaning the dry air filter once per shift, the secondary oil-immersed air filter can be cleaned every three days. Open the lower part of the filter, take out the metal filter screen and oil pan, carefully clean it with diesel, soak the cleaned filter with engine oil, and drain it for reserve. Fill the engine oil in a clean sump to the scale line, then fill the drained strainer to ensure a reliable seal and lock it. Note: After the filter is cleaned, it must be soaked with oil, and the oil pan must be filled with oil, otherwise the filtration effect will be lost!
The air intake must be kept away from the dust area! The working environment of the underground drilling rig is harsh and the dust is large. Therefore, we added air intake pipes to the primary air filter to keep the air intake of the diesel engine as far away from dust as possible. During operation, the air intake of the intake pipe should be as far away as possible from the dust-dense area, and should not be placed directly on the ground to avoid inhalation of sand! When the dust is very large, the intake pipe can be appropriately lengthened.
