Just after the Spring Festival in 2019, in order to reflect the business strategy of "service to heart, quality to gold", our company launched a spring inspection activity for VIP customers of ZEGA Zhigao excavation into Central China Service Center & Ruisheng Electromechanical.
On February 22~28, 2019, under the arrangement of Yang Tian, general manager of the service center, service engineers Li Dongming, Yin Xingxing, Deng Chengzhao and Yin Yongchao conducted a 6-day return visit inspection activity for customers of Hunan Xiangxi, Xiangzhong and Hunan Zhigao integrated drilling rigs.
During the inspection, the engineers and technicians of the Chigo TBM Service Center, accompanied by the customer, understood the use of the machine, overhauled a series of problems, put forward suggestions for use, and introduced the company's advanced products.
After the inspection is over, the inspection personnel instruct the person in charge of the site to carry out daily maintenance and daily overhaul of the equipment, and must memorize the precautions and safety operation procedures when using the equipment.
