Zhigao Mechanical Three Arm Drilling Machine UJ33 was born horizontally

On June 16, 2017, the Zhigao Excavation Underground Product Technology Exchange Meeting was grandly held at Zhejiang Zhigao Machinery Co., Ltd. This meeting was highly valued, not only because it was an exchange among industry elites, but also because the Zhigao Mechanical Three Arm Drilling Machine UJ33 was born!

The Zhigao Mechanical Three Arm Drilling Machine is the true first three arm drilling machine in China, including a fully hydraulic rock drill, with complete intellectual property rights. With 20 years of accumulation and every detail of argumentation, the entire vehicle has 29358 parts, from assembly to debugging and testing, to the completion of drilling rigs, and the successful drilling of rocks on experimental bases, which is full of the efforts and struggles of many Zhigao people day and night for three years.
The participants in this meeting witnessed the actual demonstration of UJ33 on-site, and gained a deep understanding of the flexibility of the drill arm, the sensitivity of the handle response, and the simplicity of the cab operation. Some people were even more eager to try it out. Under the guidance of technical personnel, they also went to the cab to experience it, and gave a high uation of the equipment's ease of operation and drill arm stability.

UJ33 is a multi-purpose large fully hydraulic rock drilling rig used for the construction of large highways, railways, and underground power plants. The machine is equipped with three heavy-duty rock drilling arms and a hanging basket arm. Under the premise of fast rock drilling, the hanging basket arm can also be used for auxiliary work such as loading, unloading rods, and installing anchor rods. The lifting operating platform can maximize the observation of various rock drilling positions, facilitating fast and accurate positioning.
The attending experts highly praised the automatic rod changing system installed on the left and right arms, which can automatically connect and remove an extended drill rod, facilitating advanced drilling and the application of deep hole anchor rods, greatly saving labor.
Each drilling arm is equipped with a high-frequency hydraulic rock drill with independent intellectual property rights of Zhigao Mining. The higher impact frequency can provide faster penetration rate, and the double buffer mechanism can effectively absorb recoil energy from the rock, effectively extending the service life of the drilling tool. The service life and efficiency of this rock drill are equivalent to those of imported similar products, while the cost of consumables is much lower than that of imported similar products, bringing higher production efficiency and lower usage costs to customers.

This machine has enhanced its convenience of use and a more user-friendly design. It is equipped with a complete set of hydraulic drives, hydraulic unfolding cables, and water pipe reels as standard, which can start drilling and evacuation work in the shortest time on the palm, saving auxiliary work time. At the same time, the butter filling system and two reels can be easily unfolded through the hydraulic system during maintenance, facilitating access to areas that require maintenance. High definition cameras are installed in the blind spots of the front and rear vision, which can conveniently observe various parts of the equipment, bringing convenience and safety for driving and positioning.




 

The electrical system adopts CAN communication technology to minimize the number of cables and further improve the sealing and protection level of the electrical box. This configuration greatly reduces the occurrence rate of electrical faults under the "three high" conditions of high temperature, high humidity, and high dust underground. At the same time, for the convenience of fault maintenance, the machine comes with a color display that can accurately reflect the actual fault situation and indicate the general fault location, Convenient and quick diagnosis and maintenance of faults.
