The MGL-155D1 crawler-type deep foundation anchoring drilling machine is an efficient drilling machine developed by Wuxi Banshan Construction Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. based on the needs of domestic subway, high-rise buildings, airports, ground source heat pumps and other deep foundations for anchoring, jet grouting and dewatering.
Main features:
1. The maximum rotational speed can reach 170 revolutions per minute; compared with MGL-135D, it has increased by 20%, providing more significant efficiency improvement when using twist drills and in soft soil conditions.
2. Energy-saving and highly efficient; without an increase in power, it effectively enhances work efficiency.
3. As the rotational speed increases, the torque has increased by 10% compared to MGL-135D, and the maximum torque has risen to 7500 NM.
4. A new type of hydraulic system has been adopted, which has a simpler structure, a more reasonable layout, and more user-friendly operation.
5. The construction efficiency of the MGL-135D drilling rig has increased by approximately 20% compared to the previous year.
6. The automatic vehicle loading function has been added. The crawler can reach a maximum height of 1.5 meters above the ground, and it can load the vehicle autonomously, significantly reducing transportation costs.
Common construction techniques:
1. Three-blade cobalt drill for excavation, with mud for slag removal. Suitable for high-speed drilling in soil and other types of strata.
2. Air-assisted core drilling with air discharge. Suitable for rock strata and fractured layer construction.
Three-hole bottom hydraulic hammer drilling and slurry discharge. Suitable for construction in layers with high water content such as fractured layers and sandy-egg layers.
Four casing drilling.
5. Composite drilling of drill pipe and casing.
6. Multi-stage, double-stage, triple-stage jet grouting, fixed jetting, swinging jetting and other types of jet grouting and expanded head anchor cable techniques.
