First, the selection is too small

Close the valve behind the air tank, if the unit can quickly increase the pressure, open the valve, the pressure drops quickly, and finally at a pressure point, this can confirm that the selection of the air compressor unit is too small, and the exhaust volume of the unit is less than the actual gas consumption of production.

　　Solution: Add a new unit, so that the exhaust volume of the air compressor is greater than the air consumption by 10-20% is the most scientific.

　　Second, whether to add gas equipment< br/>
　　After the air compressor unit is used for a period of time, the gas volume is obviously not enough, the pressure cannot come up, and it is maintained at the downline position of the rated gas. At this time, you should first check whether there is a new gas equipment, if there is a new gas equipment, what is the amount of gas, compare the air compressor unit to see if it can meet the requirements, if not, please and the new air compressor unit, increase the exhaust volume.

　　In addition, in addition to the air filter, the lubricant and other filter elements are also critical, check whether the lubricant is within the standard range, if missing, please add it appropriately.

　　2. Whether the intake valves are all open

　　The exhaust volume of the air compressor drops, check the unit, just maintain, eliminate the three filters and oil problems, this is to first check the air compressor intake valve, remove the intake hose, open the air compressor, and watch whether the opening of the intake valve is normal. The theoretical design service life of the intake valve is 100,000 actions, because each manufacturer uses different brand batches, and the quality is also different, so the failure of the intake valve may lead to a decrease in the exhaust volume of the unit.
