First, before the operation of the air compressor, the following problems should be paid attention to:

　　1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the scale range, and check that the amount of oil in the oil injector should not be lower than the scale line value before the air compressor is operated.

　　2. Check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the connection parts are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.

　　3. Before the operation of the air compressor, check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are intact.

　　4. Check whether the exhaust line is unblocked.

　　5. Connect the water source and open each inlet valve to make the cooling water smooth.

　　Second, when the air compressor is operated, it should be noted that before the first start after long-term decommissioning, BI must be inspected to pay attention to whether there is any impact, jamming or abnormal noise.

　　Third, the mechanical BI must be started in the state of no load, and then gradually enter the load operation after the no-load operation is normal.

　　Fourth, when the air compressor is operated, after normal operation, you should always pay attention to the readings of various instruments and adjust them at any time.

　　Fifth, during the operation of the air compressor, the following conditions should also be checked:

　　1. Whether the motor temperature is normal, and whether the reading of each meter is within the specified range.

　　2. Whether the operating sound of each machine is normal.

　　3. Whether the suction valve cover is hot, and whether the sound of the valve is normal.

　　4. Whether the various safety protection equipment of the air compressor is reliable.

　 6. After the operation of the air compressor for 2 hours, the oil and water in the oil-water separator, intercooler and aftercooler need to be discharged once, and the oil-water in the air storage barrel should be discharged once per shift.

　　7. When the following situations are found during the operation of the screw air compressor, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be ascertained, and the cause should be eliminated.

　　1. Lubricating oil is terminated or cooling water is terminated.

　　2. Sudden rise or drop in water temperature.

　　3. The exhaust pressure suddenly rises and the safety valve fails.
