　　The running-in period of the first operation of the new machine is generally 500 hours, and the oil filter needs to be replaced.

　　It is recommended to replace the new oil filter every 2000 hours or so, it is best to replace the oil filter at the same time when changing the oil, and the replacement cycle should be shortened when used in a bad environment. The service life of oil filter and screw air compressor oil has a great relationship with the cleanliness of the air filter.

　　It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the deadline, otherwise due to the serious blockage of the filter element, the pressure difference exceeds the limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve will automatically open, and a large amount of stolen goods and particles will directly randomly enter the screw air compressor host, causing serious consequences.

　　Second, the maintenance and maintenance of ZEGA screw air compressor air filter element

　　The air filter element is the gatekeeper who filters out air impurities, and the filtered clean air enters the screw rotor compression chamber for compression. Because the internal gap of the screw air compressor is only allowed to filter out particles within 15υm. If the empty filter element is blocked and damaged, a large number of particles greater than 15u enter the screw host to circulate, which will not only shorten the service life of the oil filter element and the oil and gas separation core, but also cause a large number of particles to directly enter the bearing cavity, accelerate the bearing wear to increase the rotor clearance, reduce the compression efficiency, and even the rotor bites.

　　Therefore, the air filter element should be maintained once a week, and the dust particles on the outer surface of the air filter element should be blown out from the inner cavity with compressed gas.

　　The air filter element is replaced once in 1000-2000 hours under normal conditions, and the use of places with particularly harsh environments, such as mining, paper industry, and textile industry, it is recommended to replace the air filter every 1000 hours.

　　Third, the maintenance and replacement of ZEGA screw air compressor oil and gas separator

　　The function of the oil and gas separator is to separate the oil and gas mixture. Under normal use, the life of the oil fine separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of lubricating oil and the filtration accuracy of air have an important impact on its life. In harsh environments, the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened.
