First, the cooling system
The factors that can be considered in the cooling system are environmental factors, indoor ventilation, cooler blockage, insufficient cooling water and cooling air volume, etc.
1. Environmental factors, indoor ventilation
Because a large amount of heat will be generated during the operation of the equipment, if this heat is not exported to the outdoors in time, it may cause a closed circulation of air indoors, that is, the heat discharged by the heat exchange of the air compressor will be sucked in by the air compressor inlet, so a vicious circle, the equipment will continue to be high temperature. When the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C according to the ventilation state of the installation site, it is necessary to perform forced ventilation.
Precautions for indoor ventilation:
▶ The position of the inlet and exhaust outlets < br />
The air inlet should be set at the low place of the house as much as possible, and it is not easy to inhale the location of environmental dust and harmful gases, and the air inlet filter device should be appropriately equipped in harsh environments such as dust. Exhaust vents are generally installed above the roof or wall, and protective facilities are added.
▶ Exhaust air duct< br/>
a. The circulation area of the exhaust channel should be large enough;
b. The exhaust air channel is as short as possible to reduce the flow resistance, according to the exhaust air volume of the compressor, calculate the resistance of the exhaust channel, if the pressure loss exceeds 20Pa, the auxiliary exhaust fan needs to be set;
c. In order to facilitate maintenance, the exhaust channel with detachable structure is adopted, and the wind shield that plays a connecting and balancing role such as canvas or white iron sheet can be used to avoid excessive drawing and vibration transmission. Flexibly adjustable leaf panels can be installed to close the channel during winter to avoid low temperatures.
2. The cooler is blocked< br/>
The cooler has an air-cooled plate-fin heat exchanger and a water-cooled shell and tube heat exchanger, etc., with the passage of time, due to the environment or cooling water quality, the cooler will be blocked, which can be confirmed by the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooler. Plate-fin heat exchanger is a heat exchange tube bundle composed of rectangular plates and heat exchange tubes, and the blockage of the air-cooled heat exchanger can be repeatedly purged with compressed air above 0.2MPa, and the whole can be disassembled and cleaned in severe cases. For water-cooled tubular heat exchangers, it is mainly composed of two parts: external shell and internal cooler, because different manufacturers of equipment may flow through different pipes and shells and different cooling water quality used on site, the blockage of tubular heat exchangers needs to be circulating cleaning through different chemicals.
