This product is independently developed and manufactured by Zhejiang Zhigao Machinery Co., Ltd. It is a rock drilling machine that integrates air collection, liquid control and automatic operation for drilling holes using a hydraulic rock drill. It is equipped with a driver's cab and an automatic钎 replacement mechanism， a walking mechanism with leveling function and specially designed toothed tracks， enabling the machine to have excellent off-road capabilities. It is equipped with a dual-stage dust removal function to meet the environmental protection requirements of all mines. The product is widely used in various construction projects and mining operations. Due to its efficient， energy-saving， environmentally friendly and safe characteristics， it is widely chosen by modern green mines.

Efficient:
The drilling rig can drill multiple rock holes with a single positioning. The flexible drilling arm and off-road capabilities enable it to meet the rock drilling requirements of various natural terrains. Under conditions where the hole diameter is less than 115mm, the hole depth is within 15m, and the rock structure is normal, the drilling speed is 50% higher than that of the high-pressure integrated submersible drilling rig.
Energy Saving:
It is equipped with a self-designed ZY104 hydraulic rock drill (with a drilling pressure of 23 MPa and a power of 20 KW). The precise arm positioning, automatic loading and unloading function, as well as the advantages of rock drilling speed and quick relocation, make the unit energy consumption of the drilling machine unparalleledly competitive.
Environmental Protection:
The standard dual-stage dry dust collection device and the optional wet dust collection device not only meet the environmental protection requirements of the mine and the operators, but also significantly reduce the pollution of dust to the equipment itself.
Safety:
The track leveling device ensures a more stable center of gravity for the drilling rig when moving up or down slopes. The original terrain's track adhesion is enhanced. The powerful operation capability reduces the number of equipment and personnel required in the mine. The protection design for the chisel chamber and the driver's cab eliminates potential safety hazards for personnel.
Product Features:
1. The oil cylinder, steel wire rope, and follower pipe are combined to form a propulsion system that can provide different thrust and lifting speeds as per the requirements.
2. Part Identification: At both ends of all oil pipes and cables, there are identification rings, which are the same as those shown in the part manual, making maintenance more convenient.
3. Adjustable drilling arm: The sturdy and robust drilling arm and push rod ensure that the drilling holes are drilled more accurately and stably, thereby expanding the operational range.
4. Drill bit positioning mechanism: Long guide positioning device and floating dust collection cover, ensuring the verticality of drilling and the dust collection efficiency.
5. Hydraulic Rock Drill: The hydraulic rock drill is matched with an oil pressure pump group of up to 23 Mpa, generating an impact power of 20 KW and an impact frequency of 60 Hz.
6. Dry and wet dust collection systems: Standardly equipped with two-stage high-efficiency dry dust collectors. The wet dust collector option is technologically advanced and exceeds industry standards.
