Based on years of experience in the research and manufacturing of integrated automatic drilling machines, Zhigao Company independently designed and developed the high-performance 453A integrated automatic drilling machine. This machine, with its excellent control performance, reliable and stable drilling and blasting capabilities, as well as efficient and reliable system configuration, has replaced the monopoly situation of imported brands in the original market and has been widely recognized by users. The client's mine originally had a set of Atlas 351 (dust collector) modular submersible drilling rig and an Atlas 836 diesel-powered mobile screw air compressor. The cost of purchasing the new equipment as a complete set was approximately 1.2 million yuan. The equipment, without the dust collector installed, was completely unable to meet the current requirements of a green mine. Since the drilling rig is fully pneumatic, the fuel consumption of the air compressor is particularly high, with an hourly consumption of around 45 liters. Under the pressure of environmental protection requirements for green mines in Hubei, they had also considered an imported brand PD45 integrated automatic drilling rig. However, after comparing the cost performance of Zhigao drilling rigs, the client, with a spirit of giving it a try, purchased a set of 453A. The result was that the efficiency and energy consumption were far beyond his expectations. The client was extremely pleased with the integrated drilling rig of Zhigao and attracted the owners of surrounding mines to come for visits and inspections.

Case 2: The need to expand production capacity and enhance efficiency

This client originally had two sets of Zhigao 410B split-type drilling machines and two sets of split-type drilling machines from other brands. Four split-type drilling machines require 8 to 10 operators for operation. Under normal equipment operation conditions, the daily rock drilling distance is 400 meters (with a diameter of 90 mm). After purchasing the 453A integrated automatic drilling machine, the diameter was upgraded to 115 mm, and the daily rock drilling distance was around 300 meters. Therefore, the high efficiency of the 453A is obvious. With the increase in blasting volume, it eliminated two sets of split-type drilling machines and 4 workers, saving about 32,000 yuan in labor costs per month. After this customer expanded their production, the platform was just launched. They urgently needed to purchase an integrated automatic drilling machine with a hole diameter range of 115 to 138mm. After comparing the machines of multiple brands from both domestic and foreign manufacturers, they finally made a decision after several inquiries and observing the usage effects of the first two customers. They promptly bought a set of the 453A integrated automatic drilling machine.

Case 4: Consideration of User Maintenance and Usage Costs

This customer purchased a PD45 all-in-one drilling machine last year. After using it for just one year, the machine head got stuck. The manufacturer's after-sales service personnel inspected the machine and informed the customer that they would need to bear about 500,000 yuan for the repair cost. Moreover, the machine head needed to be transported to the factory in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and the repair would take about one and a half months. "Output is the order, capacity is the responsibility." Under the circumstances where production and capacity must be guaranteed, after the Zhigao dealer and the customer contacted each other, it was discovered that our complete machine had a significant advantage in price and the factory had sufficient stock. The customer paid for the purchase on the same day, and our equipment and technical service personnel arrived at the mine the next night.
