Fault 1: The clutch of the water well drilling rig slips, mainly due to excessive wear or breakage of the friction plate or aging or breakage of the compression spring. The drilling rig friction plate should be inspected and repaired.

Fault 2: The coupling of the drilling rig heats up and the elastic structure is excessively worn; The reason is that the coaxiality of the power machine and clutch assembly of the drilling rig is poor, and it is necessary to improve the assembly coaxiality.

Fault 3: The hoisting machine of the drilling rig slips during operation, mainly due to oil stains on the inner surface of the hoisting belt. The inner surface of the hoisting brake needs to be cleaned. If there is no oil stain inside the hoisting machine, the brake should be checked and tightened.

Fault 4: If the oil pump of the drilling rig fails to supply oil or the oil level is insufficient after starting, first check whether the oil level in the oil tank is insufficient or there is no oil. If the oil is still not eliminated after refueling, check whether the filter is blocked. In addition, check whether the oil tank vent is blocked or whether the suction pipe joint is loose for air intake.

Fault 5: The oil pump of the drilling rig heats up and wears out. The oil pump needs to be repaired and replaced. If the viscosity of the oil is too high or too low, the oil must be used strictly according to the instructions. At the same time, check the transmission device of the drilling rig oil pump to improve assembly accuracy;

Fault 6: The hydraulic system oil temperature is too high, the oil in the tank is too low, or the oil pump is damaged. It is necessary to refuel or repair the oil pump; To use the working pump reasonably, follow the recommended working pressure in the manual.

Fault 7: Insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system of the water well drilling rig. When adjusting the pressure, it is necessary to adjust the limit nut or replace the spring; If the pressure regulating valve seat cone is damaged or stuck, the pressure regulating sleeve should be removed for maintenance.
