4. Establish a working mechanism for green mine construction: Start the development of the working mechanism by the end of December 2017, and complete the release and implementation by the end of June 2018;

So far, the overall principle of supporting policies for green mining construction at the national level is to tilt various preferential rights towards the main body of green mining, that is, only mining enterprises named green mines and demonstration areas for green mining development can enjoy the supporting policies. There are four specific aspects:
Firstly, prioritize green mining enterprises in the allocation of mineral resources;
Secondly, prioritize green mining enterprises in the allocation of mining land;
The third is to provide public financial support for government projects tilted towards green mining enterprises;
The fourth is to establish a green finance support policy system and build a funding support platform for the construction of green mines.
