1. Cylinder pressure< br/>
　　When the pressure of the air compressor cylinder is insufficient, the pressure and temperature of the compressed gas cannot meet the requirements, and the injected fuel cannot be fully utilized due to the slow fuel, which will cause the air compressor to emit black smoke and insufficient pressure, and the air compressor cannot be started when the pressure is seriously insufficient. In order to ensure sufficient cylinder pressure, the piston has a matching gap in the cylinder liner, and the side clearance and opening clearance of the piston ring must meet the requirements. The sealing of the valve and valve seat should be good, the front sealing gasket and cylinder gasket of the injector should be intact, and the thickness should meet the requirements.

　　After the maintenance of the air compressor, it will often change the volume of the combustion chamber, change the original compression ratio, and directly affect the normal operation of the air compressor, and the main factors that cause the volume change of the combustion chamber are: the piston position is reversed, the thickness of the cylinder gasket is improper, the crank connecting rod is worn or bent, the vortex chamber insert is misaligned, and the valve sag is too large.

　　In the maintenance operation, it is often necessary to replace various gaskets, and the following points should be paid attention to when making the installation gasket:

　　To be familiar with the function of each hole on the gasket, you cannot simply tap the joint surface to make it.

　　Reasonable selection of materials, if the force is not large, only its sealing effect can be used cork, such as the gasket of the valve cover; If it is necessary to play an adjustment role, if it must be disassembled frequently, green shell paper should be used.

　　Maintain the specified thickness, all kinds of gaskets can not be arbitrarily added or subtracted, otherwise it may change the original working performance of the machine. If the thickness of the gasket between the pump cover of the pressurized air compressor oil and the pump casing is greatly reduced, the oil pressure of the air compressor will be greatly reduced.

　　Reasonable production, according to the size of the joint surface and the complexity of the shape, some should be unloaded first and then punched, some should be punched first and then unloaded, and tools such as round hammers, scissors and hollow punches should be used appropriately to prevent the gasket from breaking.

　　Distinguish the direction, some gaskets can be installed on the front and back sides, but the eyelets are not completely symmetrical, if installed backwards, it may cover some eyelets and cause accidents.
