First, eliminate the leakage of the hydraulic system

2. Maintain the fuel system

The replacement cycle of antifreeze is generally 2 years, and it should be replaced in time when the antifreeze appears turbid, deteriorated, foaming, etc. When replacing the antifreeze, you should choose a long-lasting antifreeze that is 10 ° C lower than the minimum temperature in the area of use, and has antifreeze in winter, anti-boiling in summer, anti-corrosion, and waterproof scale. When adding antifreeze, antifreeze of the same model should be added, and antifreeze should not be mixed.
5. Maintain the braking system
1. Check and replace the brake fluid
Check whether the fluid level of the brake fluidtank meets the requirements, and check whether the quality of the brake fluid has deteriorated? If necessary, it should be added or replaced in time. When replacing the brake fluid, all the original brake fluid must be drained, and then the winter high-quality brake fluid must be injected into the brake system. When changing brake fluid, care must be taken not to mix two different types of brake fluid.
2. Check the oil-water separator
The oil-water separator and sewage drain switch in the air path work normally, which can ensure that the water in the brake system pipeline is discharged in time and prevent the freezing failure of the brake pipeline in winter. Therefore, it should be checked whether the oil-water separator and sewage discharge switch are working normally, and if it is not normal, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
3. Check the braking condition
Check whether the brakeis weakened or mistracked, whether the pedaling force of the brake pedal is normal, and whether the brake does not return to the position, and adjust it if necessary.
6. Maintain electrical equipment
1. Battery

7. Chassis and other maintenance items
Check the tightening of chassis bolts and nuts, and check whether the steering system bolts are loose or missing.
