The main and driven gears of the synchronous gears are male rotors, and the female rotors have the same pitch circle; Since there is no adjustability between the active gear and the male rotor after installation, they can be regarded as an integral gear; Since the driven main ring gear and backlash ring gear are set on the hub, when the positioning is installed between the hub and the female rotor, the two ring gear are still adjustable relative to the hub and female rotor.
According to the theoretical analysis and the summary of practical maintenance experience, in order to make the screw installation clearance ratio reach the specified range, the adjustment method of the driven ring gear is as follows:
(1) Loosen the fastening bolts and positioning pins between the driven gear ring and the hub to make them flexible and movable.
(2) Check the total clearance of the tooth surface with a dial indicator or feeler gauge, and make the yin and yang rotors closely contact by discing, and accurately measure the total clearance of the meshing of the yin and yang rotors.
(3) Use the expected gap ratio and the total gap to calculate the value of the chasing surface gap #a, and then clamp the feeler gauge equal or similar to the chasing surface gap #a value in the meshing area of the yin and male rotor by coiling. The screw on the synchronous gear can be hit with a copper rod during adjustment until the feeler gauge is pressed.
(4) Turn the driven gear ring to the position just meshed with the active gear, pay attention to the gear backlash must be completely vacant on the side involved in the meshing teeth, and tighten the fastening bolts between the driven gear ring and the hub.
(5) Extract the feeler gauge between the yin and yang rotors, and the gap at this time is the meshing gap of the tooth surface of the yin and yang rotor, but for safety, it is necessary to check the tooth by tooth with the feeler gauge while coiling, and carefully measure the meshing gap of each part of the rotor.
