1. Air intake process: when the rotor rotates, the tooth groove space of the yin and yang rotor is turned to the opening of the intake end wall, its space is large, at this time the rotor tooth groove space and the air inlet are connected, because the gas in the tooth groove is completely discharged when the exhaust is completed, when the exhaust is completed, the tooth groove is in a vacuum state, when it is turned to the air intake, the outside gas is sucked in, and enters the groove of the yin and yang rotor in the axial direction. When the gas fills the entire groove, the end face of the rotor inlet side is turned away from the casing intake, and the gas in the groove is closed.
2. Compression process: At the end of the suction of the yin and yang rotor, the tooth tip of the yin and yang rotor will be closed with the casing, and the gas will no longer flow out in the tooth groove. Its meshing surface gradually moves towards the exhaust end. The space between the meshing surface and the exhaust port gradually decreases, and the gas in the groove is compressed and increased.
3. Exhaust process: when the meshing end face of the rotor turns to communicate with the exhaust port of the casing, the compressed gas begins to be discharged until the meshing surface of the tooth tip and the tooth groove moves to the exhaust end surface, at this time, the meshing surface of the yin and yang rotor and the tooth groove space of the exhaust port of the casing is 0, that is, the exhaust process is completed, and at the same time, the length of the groove between the meshing surface of the rotor and the air intake port of the casing reaches zui length, and the intake process is carried out again.
The four major functions of Chigo screw air compressor fuel injection:
(1) Cooling effect: the injected oil is in the shape of microdroplets, mixed with the compressed gas, and the great heat exchange surface quickly absorbs the compression heat of the gas, cools the compression medium, and greatly reduces the exhaust temperature.
(2) Lubrication: in Chigo screw air compressor, the two rotors do not touch each other, relying on high-precision synchronous gears to maintain the gap. In the oil-injected compressor, due to the presence of a large amount of oil, and the female rotor only absorbs a small part of the total compression work, the synchronous gear can be omitted, so that the male rotor directly drives the female rotor. In addition, because the oil injected is exactly the same as the lubricating oil used in the bearing, it is no longer necessary to use a complex sealing device to separate the gas from the lubricating oil, which makes the distance between the rotor support bearings smaller, significantly improving the stiffness of the rotor and reducing the deformation.
(3) Sealing function: there are many leakage channels inside the Chigo screw air compressor, these leakage channels are some narrow gaps, the presence of oil greatly strengthens the sealing effect, so that the amount of leakage through them is greatly reduced.
(4) Noise reduction effect: the injected oil is a viscous fluid, which has absorption and damping effect on sound energy and sound waves, and the noise can be reduced by 10~20 decibels after general oil injection.
