The first phase of domestic dealer technical service training for Zhigao Tunneling (Shanghai) Intern

On April 26, 2016, more than 20 dealer service representatives from across the country participated in the first after-sales service training organized by Zhigao Tunnelling (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu Jun, Director of the Marketing Department of Zhigao Excavation (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd., first introduced the 3-day training course and assessment plan to everyone, and gave a simple introduction to the current situation, development, and vision of Zhigao Company. I hope everyone can understand their mission and better deliver Zhigao's high-quality products and services to every customer and friend!

Mr. Hu Jiaqing, Director of Product Service Department of Zhigao Excavation (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd., and Mr. Chen Chuanghui, Commissioner of Parts Department, respectively brought training on open-pit drilling rigs and drilling tools. The introduction, maintenance, actual case simulation, and selection of drilling tools for the system assembly of hydraulic integrated drilling rigs and split drilling rigs provide students with a wealth of gold and silver.
In this training, we not only focus on theoretical training and instruction, but also on practical operations and experience transfer. Under the on-site explanation of senior engineers from Zhigao Mining, young friends from all over the country have started to learn, in order to confirm the key points and points mentioned in the classroom
After the 3-day training event, Mr. Xie Cun, Chairman of Zhejiang Zhigao Machinery Co., Ltd., summarized his speech and expressed sincere appreciation for the passion and drive demonstrated by the students during these days of training. At the same time, Chairman Xie Cun also mentioned with great sincerity that this training is only the beginning for all service representatives. Mr. Ye Youlan, General Manager of Zhigao Tunneling (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd., also gave a passionate speech to dealer service representatives from all over the country: two years ago, Zhigao Tunneling (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd. was founded and received support and help from friends from all walks of life. To this day, we are pleased to see that the dealer system has begun to take shape, and some dealers are developing rapidly and well. Although the activity has ended, the enthusiasm of the students has not dissipated for a long time. The original intention of Zhigao Tunnelling's technical service training course was to provide students with this precious knowledge and experience. Over the course of two and a half days, multiple lecturers provided valuable guidance on Zhigao's product and service knowledge from multiple perspectives and perspectives.
